Women Unite to End Gender-based Violence in Armenia
On November 25th, the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women, the Women’s Resource Center in Yerevan will mobilize community members and other NGOs to protest gender violence.

This year, the Young Women's Network of South Caucasus met in Sweden for to talk about Activism and learn from the different experiences of local NGOs in Stockholm. The members of the network are young active women from Armenia, Abkhazia, Azerbaijan, Georgia and South Ossetia working for the past 3 years to establish a peace dialogue and on-going cooperation in their region on young women's issues.

This year for the first time young women from the Women's resource Center of Armenia and from the Yuva Center of Azerbaijan met in Alands Islands for a training seminar on feminism, intercultural dialogue and conflict resolution.
