Annual Women's Retreat

Every year the collective of the Women's Resource Center organizes a women's week-end retreat. This creates an opportunity for all the active volunteers, members and staff to gather in a nice environment a little far from the busy city and spend time together; resting and reflecting on their work as women's rights defenders and activists.

During this week-end, we also invite new members and conduct a special ceremony to welcome them in our sisterhood!

This year the retreat will take place on November 17-19 in Dzaghkatsor, and the topic is "Women Human rights defenders' personal security". 26 activists/volunteers and staff will gather and reflect on their personal security and the long-term strategy of WRCA. The Center will be closed on the 17 and 18th of November due to this event.
