Volunteers at the Women's Resource Center come from various backgrounds.  They are women of different ages, skills and educational levels.  Their one commonality is their belief that their efforts, however small or big, are needed in order to realize a more just and equal Armenian society.  They all have some knowledge, regardless if they credit themselves with it or not, which they can and wish to share with others.  They have the desire, motivation and time to serve others and thus contribute to the betterment of society.

The desire and motivation to be active is the only criteria that volunteers at the Center must meet.  If a volunteer already has these qualities, then the Center requires that she completes the Women's Rights Training course and become closely familiar with the Center's general approach towards its many activities.  The Center additionally requires volunteers to contribute three hours of service every week.
